We built a special place that connects people with nature, with a pulse of life, with each other. Epic Mountain Estate is created to be a home with your well-being at the root.
Because a rich life is the one that enriches.
And luxury is in the experience of life’s greatest treasures: Our health. Our nature. Our family.
Nestled in mountains, untouched and well-kept—where the sky surrounds us, where the forests remain as verdant, where fresh air and birdsong greet us—Epic Mountain Estate is the safe space to nurture the truest
treasures in life.
Epic Mountain Estate is a 300-hectare masterplanned community by A Brown.
A Brown is an established real estate player in the Philippines has over 20 years of track record in real estate development. The company has completed more than 300 hectares of real estate projects focused in Rizal and Northern Mindanao.
At the heart of it all is family. Our open spaces, adventure paths, and even our generous lots, were all meant to make an environment where you and your loved ones can live a safe and fulfilling life at home.
